Role Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Fostering and moderating a positive community, built around our studio and current project.

  • Planning and executing on public facing content that falls in line with current and future marketing plans.

  • Daily engagement with our audience across social media and supporting platforms.

  • Advocate for the players to the team, communicate for the team to the players.

  • High-quality content generation across various platforms. (Demonstrable experience with video editing software, website creation and messaging, still/video camera know-how, etc.)

  • You read and digest analytics like a second or third language. You can take that data and build effective strategies around those insights.


  • An applicable bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Or, equivalent professional experience.

  • Background in communications, marketing, or a great understanding of game animation.

  • Extensive experience using Discord, social media platforms, and online forums.

  • You're passionate and enthusiastic about video games and the industry at large.

  • Excellent track record of level-headed judgement and empathy in regards to community criticism.
