Role Requirements & Responsibilities:
Fostering and moderating a positive community, built around our studio and current project.
Planning and executing on public facing content that falls in line with current and future marketing plans.
Daily engagement with our audience across social media and supporting platforms.
Advocate for the players to the team, communicate for the team to the players.
High-quality content generation across various platforms. (Demonstrable experience with video editing software, website creation and messaging, still/video camera know-how, etc.)
You read and digest analytics like a second or third language. You can take that data and build effective strategies around those insights.
An applicable bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Or, equivalent professional experience.
Background in communications, marketing, or a great understanding of game animation.
Extensive experience using Discord, social media platforms, and online forums.
You're passionate and enthusiastic about video games and the industry at large.
Excellent track record of level-headed judgement and empathy in regards to community criticism.
